On June 29 2022, Swibrace participated in the 3D Printing for Life Sciences Symposium at Fachhochschule Nordwestschweiz. It aimed to offer a platform for stakeholders and researchers from the pharmaceutical and medical device industry and clinicians to exchange themselves with dedicated experts in 3D Printing.
We had the pleasure of sharing insights with experts from the medical device industry, such as 3D printing processes in orthopaedic technology practice and integrating advanced functions and process development for enabling materials.
FHNW (Fachhochschule Nordwestschweiz) is a university of applied sciences active in teaching and research. It is an intercantonal public-law institution with its legal personality.
Is Additive Manufacturing entering any other Life Sciences applications? What if the technology becomes cheaper and easily accessible? What if end-users become producers of medical devices? The experts answered these and other questions.
Thank you, FHNW, for having us!
